• Mailbox delivery: €2—no need to be home; we’ll leave it in your mailbox.
• Premium mailbox delivery: €3.95—delivered in just 4 business days. You’ll receive a notification as soon as it’s in your mailbox.
• Free shipping on orders over €40. The delivery person will bring it to your home within 5–10 business days.

If you subscribe to any of our products, you’ll get free shipping on all recurring orders.

All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona. During holidays or sales events, preparation times may be slightly longer.

We operate Monday through Friday, and under normal circumstances, orders are prepared within 24 hours of purchase. Shipments are made on the next business day after preparation.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Delivery time depends on the type of product you purchase and the shipping method you select:

Warranty Terms

• The return must be made within the first 30 days of purchase.
• The product must not have been used.
• The refund will be processed once the products have been received and verified at our facilities, minus the previously confirmed return shipping cost.
• If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase or if you have previously purchased the product, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The Natulim Guarantee applies exclusively to the following products: Detergent Strips and Floor Cleaning Strips, provided that this is the first time these products are purchased.

Natulim Guarantee Terms and Conditions

• Applies only to the first purchase of Detergent Strips and Floor Scrub Strips.
• If you try it and aren’t satisfied with the results, we’ll give you your money back!
• The maximum number of products covered by this guarantee is three units.

Exceptions to the Natulim Guarantee

If the customer purchases additional products, the return of those products does not apply under the Natulim Guarantee. In that case, the customer must bear the cost of the return and will be refunded the corresponding amount only if the product is in good condition.

If you still don’t see the refund after checking, we recommend contacting your credit card company, as in some cases it may take a little while for the refund to appear.
